Katheryn began her career in financial services as a Registered Client Associate in 2014 before becoming a Financial Advisor in 2018, working alongside Michael Ashworth, CFP® and Steve Collie, CFP®. Her experience in both client service and financial advising has given her a well-rounded perspective and a strong understanding of the importance of thoughtful, personalized financial guidance.

As a Financial Advisor, Katheryn works with individuals and families to help them plan for the future through retirement planning, education savings, investment strategies, and other financial goals. She especially enjoys helping women in investing, and helping all clients navigate life's many transitions—from welcoming a new child and preparing for college to planning for retirement or managing financial decisions following the loss of a loved one.

Katheryn believes financial planning should feel approachable and understandable. She takes the time to help her clients understand their options, the strategies being recommended, and how each piece fits into their overall financial picture. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the heart of her approach, and she values getting to know each client personally so their financial plan can reflect what matters most to them.

Outside of the office, Katheryn enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, their daughter, Emma, and their two dogs. As a family, they enjoy staying active, traveling, and watching Emma play volleyball.  Katheryn is also passionate about giving back to her community. Katheryn is the Race Director of the Harmon Field Half Marathon and Morris Fun Run, which she founded to benefit Harmon Field in the Town of Tryon. She also serves as the Board Treasurer of the Tryon Downtown Development Association. Katheryn is also an alumni of the University of Tennessee.
